Chop Shops

I tried posting earlier but Blogger had a melt down and only posted the title.
I am not complaining though; I love Blogger and am happy that they make this system basically idiot proof.

I was reading Suburban Bliss (http://www.suburbanbliss.net/ ) and started to turn green with envy when she told us about the overly wonderful, created by woman gods, Chop Shop Kitchens (http://www.chopshopkitchens.com/ ).
People,
I WANT ONE!

Ya, ya, I know I have been blessed with a husband who can and loves to cook, but due to the daily grind of working life cooking is not always possible. Time is generally required but can be hard to find. I cook like crap, according to Li, and don’t generally enjoy cooking. If Chop Shop Kitchens were in my neighborhood, I would be there once a month to stock up my freezer. I would also enjoy it.
Does anyone know if there is anything even remotely similar near Vancouver?
I may have to start a business with my friend Cheri, who can cook. Her, along with Li, could make many a mother VERY happy. I will find the mothers.
Actually I think I may actually bring this idea home and tell Li all about it.
Hmmm.
Ohhhh, the brain wheels are churning.

It is a poor attendance day for English classes. Not that I am complaining. The last two days were busy packed with 8 classes a day plus my Monday evening ladies. I don’t mind the break. At least the Toeic tests are all finished. YAA!!

On a happy note for me, my tits have been doing great with their milk-making job. Mostly this is due to JiXiang loving her baby crackers and her ‘Gerber Baby’ baby food. She does not want as much milk during the day while at day care, but is inhaling when she is at home. This has been a great stress reliever for me. I really did not want to put her onto formula but was getting worried. Now I need to worry about finding time to give her some evening baby food.
She wants to crash by 7:30 and I don’t get us home until 6. It can get a little hectic trying to get everything organized: baby bag unpacked, rice made, juice bottle and cup cleaned, a few minutes of JiXiang and mommy (and daddy) playing time, JiXiang eat, me eat, washing machine on, JiXiang bath, JiXiang eat AGAIN, and then bed. All this before 7:30. I end up crashing by 8:30!!
No body said being a working mom was easy.
I sure the hell didn’t.
