As we know I am a worrywart freak, sooooo….
I am going to use my blog to dump all of my anxiety feeling out.
I am going to dump on you the reader so that I do not piss my husband off by dumping on him and scare my daughter.

This whole immunization thing is starting to really get to me. I know that I should not really worry about her getting sick but the shots are extremely important, especially as we are planning on going to China this year. Hmmm.
M sent me the web address for health Canada. My question was not answered in all their information so I emailed them. Hopefully they email back with something that makes sense.
They do have some nice easy to understand charts for when to immunize. They are very helpful but have made my eyebrows do some interesting curls – Japan’s schedule is totally different! I am so confused!!!!!
JiXiang is 4 months old now, and if I was in Canada she would have had two different types of shots by now. Here in Japan she has only had one and I think it is different from the Canada list.
I have printed out all the sheets in colour (not my ink (@_@) and will compare them to the Japan useless info that I was given.
I am now going to stop writing and do some Internet searching for Japan’s immunization schedule - hopefully in English.

Found some info. It was unfortunately on an anti-immunization site but I didn’t read any of the crap. I don’t believe it and think that you have the right to opt out of immunizations only because everyone else doe it making life safe for your child.
Anyway…
Japan does have a different schedule. Slightly less shots and they do not do MMR. Also, in Canada we do 3 polio shots, here only 2. hmm. It is all sooooo confusing!!!!!
I really hope they email me back.
