Wednesday, May 11, 2005 So JiXiang didnt eat again at the day care. I am beginning to think it is not because she is nervous. I think it is because there is too much stimulation. Li has a holiday today because Ji goes for her first set of vaccinations today, so Li picked her up from the day care. I guess Ji spent the whole time taking cat naps and laughing with the other kids. She is playing too much to think about eating. When she comes home she inhales her milk. Ahh, the headaches of having a sociable child. When I dropped her off this morning she didnt look at the lady in fear, she smiled, and started giggling with the kids right away. Hmmm I am thinking that maybe I should change her feeding schedule a bit. Usually she eats at 6:00am. Maybe I can push that a little later, 7:30 would be best. Not sure how I will be able to do this though. Right now she is up at 6 eats and then SLOWLY and GIGGLY falls asleep again. I then have to wake her up only an hour and a bit after she has passed out again to bring her to day care. Her clock is all screwed. Not sure how I can extend the sleep though. I will attempt this tomorrow. Any ideas on this people? .... Li can be all cuddly when sleeping. It is very nice and very lovely but at time VERY claustrophobic. Ji has been a wonderful kid and basically sleeps all night. She awakes around 6 and I get up and feed her. Six is no problem as I need to get up and have a shower around 6:30 anyway. Well due to Li's cuddly sleeping I tend to have to pry myself out of a bear hug hold in the morning to attempt to feed Ji. He, of course, does not awake. He then gets pissy because most of the time I have to wake him up in order to get up. He grumbles and groans and literally whines like a kid, rolls over and falls asleep through three snooze alarms before he drags himself out of bed. Needless to say, Li is NOT a morning person. If he was a coffee drinker he would be even more hellish.
