I didnt have a last class yesterday so I took off from work early to pick JiXiang up early.
I had phoned them at lunch and they said she had cried and slept most of the morning. She had eaten very little. She still hadn't hit fever temperature but she really was not thrilled with life.

I went to the daycare and went to the window where the lady sits and does the daily books for all the kids. She looked up and me and went
- Oh, a mother.
She then started looking for JiXiang's book and this little boy, maybe 2, came up to the window and stood on his tip toes to peer out at me and yells,
- JIIII XIIIIANNNGGG!!!

....

So I brought Ji home and she was a little better. She had actually eaten a bit that afternoon. She wanted to sleep some more so ok. I canceled my private English class as I wanted Ji to have a very stress free relaxing evening.
She did. She only cried a bit and after 6pm she ate properly and normally. I got her to bed a bit early.
She didnt sleep overly well last night as she has a runny nose.
Those snot sucker things are great.
At 2 in the morning she was very welcome to me cleaning out her nose. She fell asleep quickly after wards. AND YES I remembered to remove the dirty diaper this time.

This morning she woke and was almost her totally normal self. She was all giggly and had a whole story to tell me a 6 this morning. She finally fell asleep again but woke before I needed to get her ready for daycare. We played for a bit - she did some rolling over crawl practice while I did some stair climber tummy shrinkers.
I would say she is about 85% happy. Hopefully by this evening she will be back to her lovely giggly JiJi self. She did smile and reach out to the kids this morning when I dropped her off, so that is a good sign.
