AAAAAOOOUUUCCCHHHHH!!!!!!!!

I would like to tell you about my lunch with Abby and Yoko,
Instead I am going to tell you about my moronic husband.

JiXiang and I are playing in the bath tub and Li is in one of his non stop talking moods. (It seems to be ok for him to have these moods but not me.)

He comes walking into the bath room and sticks a glass in my face.

Now I ask you,
What is your first reaction when someone puts a glass in your face?

You grab it of course.

Seeing as he was holding the top, I grabbed the bottom.
Only problem was that it was a glass of boiling HOT water with tea leaves in it. By some mother instinct miracle I sent the glass more in his direction and nothing went in JiXiang’s direction. She saw the instant PAIN on my face and immediately reacted to my

-Why would you do something so stupid?!?!?!??!?!?!
Scream,
And she started to cry.
A quick hug stopped it as Li started to complain that he wanted me to smell the very expensive tea and not to grab it. I guess actually saying that did not enter his brain. He then went on to say that he has no problem holding the glass with his blistered and hardened MAN hands.
Then the pain set in almost instantaneously and I dove for the cold water tap while screaming for an ice cube.
Poor Ji had another panic attack and quick hug.

I went through 5 ice cubes and a lot of bitching at my moronic husband.
I now have a very aching thumb covered in Penaten cream because it was the only thing I had that said it was good for scalds. The blister is about an inch long and childbirth hurt less!! And I didn’t have an epi!!!!!

This post was very had to type and my moronic husband is less one life.
